Zoom Pilates Class

An event every week that begins at 12:00 pm on Wednesday, repeating until August 19, 2020
I’ve been hearing from many of you how you are feeling stiff and just need to move more.
Everyone who has joined the class leaves it invigorated and more alert from the workout.
This not only enhances your physical well-being, but also your mental well-being.
You have the camaraderie of your classmates and the support and encouragement of me as your instructor.
In the class, we do some cardio to begin with and then we work on abdominals, buttocks, upper body, breathing, leg strengthening, coordination, and balance.
Each class is different as you get a variety of exercises to accomplish this strengthening. That way your body does not get used to doing the same exercises over and over.
This is what happens when you work alone. You have your set of exercises, but they may not be appropriate for you anymore. Or you may not be doing them correctly to get the full benefit of the exercise, possibly also causing injury.
Each exercise I may challenge you or back it down so it is at a more appropriate level for you.
Look if this dog can do one of the exercises we do in class, so can you!
So let’s get moving together to stop the stiffness and loneliness and begin feeling good about yourself that you will be able to once again go for that hike without having to turn around, keep up with your family, or play tennis.
I will be starting my next strengthening class series on Wednesday July 22nd at 12-1.

The series will run from July 22nd – August 19th 20th from 12-1. It is a 5 week series I will do with you on Zoom. I will send you the link and all you have to do is click on it and then join with computer audio.
Cost is $145 for the 5 weeks.
