Join Namaala Liebenthal for a dance fitness class based on the club/music video style of dance from Zambia, similar to Afrobeats/Afropop. Students will learn and review Zoca fundamentals while learning fun and challenging routines to popular urban music from across the African continent.
The first session consists of 10 weeks – Sunday, September 18th, 2022 through Sunday, November 20th, 2022.
