Workouts on the TRX Suspension Trainer® are based on the functional movements: Push, Pull, Plank, Hinge, Lunge, Squat and Rotate.
This class will provide you with an interval-style workout alternating between the TRX straps and functional strength training using weights, bands and bodyweight.
You’ll move in groups between the mat and the straps for a balanced, full-body work-out that is adaptable to multiple strength/fitness levels.
