This is the season for celebrations – graduations, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, weddings/anniversaries, and for some reason more birthdays occur now.

My family just celebrated a full weekend of Mother’s Day, graduation (finally a year later), and a birthday!

What better gift to give yourself or loved family member or friend, a gift of health! And one you can keep forever!

I have created 3 videos for you to get healthier and stronger through Safe Pilates at your own pace. Each video concentrates on different aspects of Pilates, gradually progressing you.

Along the way you get tips on various ways to improve how you do an activity, like getting up from the toilet. Yes I do talk about that! Do you know how many people have difficulty doing that, and tell me so?!

You do not need equipment for these Pilates videos. The 2nd video does use props. If you do not have a foam roller or therabands, you can purchase them on the products page of my website: https://wellnessrehab.org/products/.
