Safe Pilates: Building Bone And Muscle Strength

They’re finally here! So many of you have asked me to video my exercises because it is easier for you to follow when I am “there” with you.
I have created 3 Safe Pilates videos for you to work out with. Each video is different and contains different exercises. The first video works on the foundations and principles of Pilates.
The second Safe Pilates video uses foam rollers and therabands. If you do not own either you may click here to purchase your props.
The third Safe Pilates video works on more intermediate/advanced Pilates exercises. Modifications are made for the exercises where you can make them more challenging or dial it down a level to suit how your body is feeling at the time.
The great thing about these videos is that you have them always, you can work on them in the comfort of your own home (no commuting), and whenever YOUR free time is. You don’t have to worry about someone else’s schedule!

Anyone can use these videos because I give you tips on how to safely perform the exercises. But it will especially show you what exercises you can do even if you have osteoporosis!
