Rhythm Yoga sets yoga postures (asanas) to music and encourages self-expression through the development of movement quality. The class starts with guided warm-ups and conditioning like a flow (vinyasa) class, but in rhythm the moves follow the beats of a song. After the warm-up, we teach you bite-sized pieces of choreography – a series of yoga asanas, that will build into a complete flow by the end of the 4-class series.
Level: adv. beginner to intermediate (you have some familiarity with yoga)
