Pilates Workshop – Connections to the Ballet Barre

This workshop is the second in a 3-part series, “Pilates and the Ballet Class”, intended to bring the benefits of Pilates into class. This workshop builds on the first Pilates workshop AND stands alone, so it’s not necessary to have taken the first one. All levels of ballet & Pilates are welcome. We will be doing Pilates exercises & basic barre work. Mats & Therabands are available for use at MYB, but you are also welcome to bring your own.
