An event every week that begins at 12:00 pm on Wednesday, repeating until July 15, 2020

Are you tired of working out alone?

Are you not sure if you are doing your exercises correctly?

Do you just want the comfort of companionship to ease your feeling of isolation?

Or being able to get the stiffness out of your joints and feel mobile again?

Come join my online Pilates/conditioning class on Wednesday, June 17th at 12-1.

I’ve been hearing from so many people how stiff and achey they are feeling, so I felt I could not let you continue in this way.

Even my dog wants to join in. I was doing jumping jacks the other day and my 72 pound dog decided to do them with me! She started jumping up and pushing off me to jump. Now she is not a small dog and even though she only weighs 72 pounds, she is quite tall. I don’t have to bend down to pet her. Boy I wish I had a camera when she started jumping with me!

It was great fun having someone working out with me.

The series will run from June 17th – July 15th from 12-1. It is a 5 week series I will do with you on Zoom. I will send you the link and all you have to do is click on it and then join with computer audio.

Cost is $145 for the 5 weeks.
