Do you know some of the benefits of exercise?

As we begin to enter into the colder months, we stop or limit our time outside. We may even begin to “hibernate”.

Now is not the time to do that. You can begin now to continue to support your mind, your stress levels, and possibly even your immune system.

These are 3 reasons why you should exercise.

1. Your mind: exercise makes you feel healthier and more energetic, which in turn can help you feel better about yourself. Why not exercise then as our days become shorter to boost your mental health?

2. Your stress: exercise can slow down the release of stress hormones and increase the endorphin levels to release tension. Lower stress hormones may protect you against illness.

3. Your immune system: Exercise can cause change in antibodies and white blood cells, which are your immune system to fight disease. By increasing your body temperature, you can help to flush out toxins and increase the circulation of the antibodies to help eliminate bacteria.

So why wouldn’t you want to exercise when you may get these huge beneficial reactions to exercise?

The next class series starts Wednesday Oct. 21st- November 18th.

The series will run from October 21st-November 18th from 12-1. It is a 5 week series I will do with you on Zoom. I will send you the link and all you have to do is click on it and then join with computer audio.

Cost is $145 for the 5 weeks.
