Pilates Classes w/ Wellness Rehabilitation Inc.

Now that everyone is beginning to return from summer vacations, this is a good time to think about your body and health as we enter the beautiful fall season.
Are you feeling a lack of energy?
Are you tired of the aches and pains in your body?
Do you feel you should just accept not feeling 100%?
If you want to live a more independent, active life, this class will help you return to the activities you like to do, like walking, traveling, going on outings with the family, or dancing.
Come join the class to get into shape or continue your strengthening program.
You will leave energized and with less pain and knowing you have the support of all your classmates.
There is space available in the class, which begins Wednesday September 4th – October 2nd at 12-1.
