Form, function, and FUN! Through a variety of movement explorations, this class is aims enhance your relationship to your body. With a focus on quality of movement, each class aims to increase mobility, strength, balance, flexibility- and joy! Classes are inspired by elements of Pilates, Franklin Method, dance, conditioning, and somatic exercises. This class is great for dancers in addition to other training as it encourages new pathways into movement and allows for an increased awareness of intention and execution. This is open to movers of all abilities and levels, and each class is designed to meet you where you are, and then take you somewhere new.
