More Tone, More Core Strength, and Better Posture Pilates Classes

An event every week that begins at 12:00 pm on Wednesday, repeating until September 1, 2021


Are you googling classes you can take to get more toned and core strength to continue or return to golfing, hiking, tennis?

Or are you looking for something that will complement the workouts you are currently doing so you safely perform them?

Are you unsure if the exercises you are doing are still beneficial for you and you would just like a specialist with good observational skills to watch how you do them?

Well the next 5 week Pilates/Conditioning series begins on Wednesday August 4th from 12-1.

The series will run from August 4th- September 1st from 12-1. It is a 5 week series we do on Zoom. I will send you the link and all you have to do is click on it and then join with computer audio.

Cost is $177 for the 5 weeks.
