Modern/Contemporary Dance Class

Join Keira Hart-Mendoza, Artistic Director of UpRooted Dance, on Wednesday nights from 7-8:15pm at the Dance Loft on 14th. Modern/Contemporary classes will use various somatic based principles to guide movement combinations. This class is designed for students to connect in person with other dancers in the DC Metro area, to build community, to move big through space, and to have fun!
