An event every week that begins at 8:30 am on Saturday, repeating indefinitely
Crafted to engage any level of mover. These classes come in several formats and are designed to improve mobility, strength and flexibility, while enhancing dialogue between the brain and body. Classes may be influenced by Pilates, Franklin Method, dance, yoga, conditioning, and somatic exercises.
Online class: Registered students will be emailed a link to join this class through Zoom 30 minutes prior to start time.
