Local Motion Project: Mobility & Strength for Dancers

An event every week that begins at 8:30 am on Saturday, repeating until May 29, 2021
This class blends of ideas from Pilates, Franklin Method, dance and conditioning exercises. Each class will be different as you learn what a dialogue between the brain and body can do for your health, and how a collaboration between sensation, function, and imagery can increase mobility, strength and flexibility.
This class is held both in studio and virtually via zoom.
