The Feldenkrais Method is a somatic self-education tool developed by physicist and judo master Moshe Feldenkrais. Classes use movement and directed attention as tools for improving thinking, self-image, posture, voice, and general well-being. Clear, embodied knowledge of how you move can facilitate transformation and growth in all aspects of life.
