Dance for the camera is all the rage today and in this camp we will explore the elements of dance in Pop music as it relates to dance for the small screen. We will explore dance styles popular today such as hip-hop, afrobeatz, street jazz, and k-pop and will learn about the cultures that created these popular styles. Campers will learn choreography and create their very own dance videos. The learning focus of the camp is current social and cultural trends and dance movements, critical thinking, and computer literacy.
Partial day camp from 9:00am-3:30pm ($750) and full day camp from 9:00-5:30pm ($900). Drop off begins at 8:30am.
