An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Monday, repeating until June 26, 2023

This class is designed to help dancers better understand their bodies to move more efficiently, impactfully, and hopefully mitigate injuries. We will focus on core integration, the relationship of strength and mobility and how this all applies to your execution, artistry and/or teaching. One goal of this class is to bring greater awareness to your own movement as well as sharpen observation skills for dance educators. This is open to all ages, levels, and dance experience.
