Some experience with ballet and/or modern is recommended. This class is perfect for those who are returning to dance after some time off, newer to the dance style, or just looking for an open level pace in their practice.
Our Contemporary Modern classes blend the foundations of modern dance with contemporary styles. These classes encourage participants to work on technique as well as musicality, improvisation, and dynamic movement. Each teacher brings their own history and style to class, in a fun, supportive, and engaging way.
