An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Wednesday, repeating indefinitely
Intermediate. This class weaves the foundations of modern dance with contemporary styles and somatic practices. We will mindfully move through dynamic warmups, center work, improvisation and choreography. Resetting the body, increasing endurance, and expanding our creative toolbox will all be part of this class as we move collectively.
