4 week series – virtual and in studio options
This yoga class series will use an accessible vinyasa yoga sequence designed to help you connect with your body and find strength, flexibility, and stillness. Together, we will work to integrate mind, body, spirit, and breath to focus on the moment in a safe and inclusive environment. This will be an all-levels class open to beginners and experienced yogis alike; modifications will be offered for those with movement limitations.
