Beginner Yoga with Alice

An event every week that begins at 6:30 pm on Saturday, repeating until August 17, 2022
This will be a Hatha Yoga class. This modality of Yoga integrates both hemispheres of your brain and body. It consists of sequences of 9 different categories of postures guided by conscious diaphragmatic breathing. The postures can be simple or more challenging depending on the experience and conditioning of the participants. The main purpose of this class is to regenerate the body, calm the nervous system, create a focused mind and energy in a subtle and compassionate way. We finish the process with breathwork, guided relaxation and a space for meditation. As a group, we will be able to grow and develop the practice together and to understand more about the benefits and fundamentals of Yoga. Bring your mat, water, towel and comfortable clothing to enjoy this fun and relaxing class.
