This class uses soft fabric hammocks to suspend you while strengthening and lengthening your entire body. Aerial hammock combines stretching style exercises, core strengthening, balance and posture work, strength training and fun aerial challenges. Each teacher brings their own unique style and energy to their class. We require shirts that cover the underarms and ask that you refrain from wearing zippers, buttons and jewelry.
