***MUST TAKE INTRO WORKSHOP FIRST**
This class is open to anyone who has taken the intro workshop and is comfortable with the hammock. With less time focused on introduction and instruction on the basic holds and wraps, we can spend more time exploring deeper inversions, challenging transitions and fun aerial flips and tricks.
This class uses soft fabric hammocks to suspend you while strengthening and lengthening your entire body.
Aerial hammock combines stretching style exercises, core strengthening, balance and posture work, strength training and fun aerial challenges.
Benefits include but not limited to:
• spinal decompression
• builds strength & core stability
• increased flexibility
• increased joint rotation and mobility
We require shirts that cover the underarms and ask that you refrain from wearing zippers or buttons or jewelry.
