An event every week that begins at 6:30 pm on Monday, repeating until June 13, 2022
In this course, students will experience movement through the exploration of dance elements including space, time, and energy. Techniques will be presented to the students as a way to develop an awareness of and articulation of the body. Students will move through space exploring principles of motion. Improvisation will allow the students to discover movement and to create patterns unique to themselves. In this course, students will be introduced to elements of Limon, Horton, and Graham techniques, the building block techniques of Modern Dance.
