Adult Modern Explore and Express with Da’Shown

Intermediate Level! $20 per class.

90 minutes – Come together to move and groove within some modern dance techniques. We will explore classic modern steps and principles: drop-swing, under and over curves, fall and recover, flat back, c-curve, head-tail connection, and more! Find comfort and grounding in some beginning steps, but be prepared to also work at intermediate levels to grow strength, balance, and coordination.
