No Experience Needed! $20 per class.
60 minutes – This class has a technique-oriented warm-up including isolations, elements from ballet technique and full-body stretching. Choreography is simple and repetitive, working on musicality, coordination, style and emotional expression through connection to the lyrics of the song.
