Intermediate Level! $20 per class.
90 minutes – This class has an intense technique oriented warm-up including elements from ballet and modern techniques, core strengthening and conditioning, and complete full-body stretching. Choreography is complex, detail-oriented and fast-paced, working on the dancers coordination, stamina, style and choreography retention. At the end of each session, improvisation and composition elements are explored during our last class, using the material learned throughout the session as a baseline.
