Adult Conditioning with Sarah

An event every week that begins at 7:00 pm on Monday, repeating until February 13, 2023
60 minutes – A full-body conditioning and strengthening class, this course is critical in assisting the dancer with developing and maintaining core-stability, understanding proper weight placement, alignment, and muscle memory for dance technique. The teacher will instruct dancers on how to best warm-up and cool down before and after classes as well as how to safely maintain strength, and prevent injuries. This course is perfect for all levels of movers and is the perfect supplement to dance technique classes. Take your dancing to the next level!
