Join the National Conversation
Dance Metro DC invites all members of the DC area dance community to engage in the national conversation about racial equity by participating in a FREE (for members of Dance Metro DC and Dance Loft on 14) undoing-racism workshop hosted by Dance Metro DC and facilitated by organizers from the People’s Institute for Survival and Beyond. This undoing-racism workshop will be a central piece of Dance Metro DC’s contribution to the Dance Summit and is intended for artists, administrators, educators, board members and anyone who engages with community members as part of their work in dance. The aim of this undoing-racism workshop is to increase awareness of ongoing equity issues in our community and to bring local dance practitioners into the national conversation about racial equity. Register today! Space is limited.
