Job Description: Executive Assistant to Artistic Director of School & Conservatory
The Executive Assistant will report directly to the Artistic Director of School and Conservatory and provide her with superior administrative support. The EA will have hands on responsibility for scheduling travel, arranging meetings & handling information requests, as well as preparing reports and correspondence. Additionally, given the broad reach and vision of the Artistic Director, tactfully liaising with staff team members will be critical to success.

Organize and leverage the Artistic Director’s time effectively, scheduling internal and external meetings, phone calls, and maintaining complex calendars as needed.
Arrange and materials for a variety of audiences.
Produce accurate, appropriately formatted documents and correspondence.
Research and schedule multi destination & travel arrangements, including air, hotels and cars.
With limited guidance, assume responsibility for planning, organizing and executing administrative projects, e.g. scheduling with parents, internal personnel, etc.
Will work with management to further enhance existing processes to ensure maximum automation and efficiency.
Plan and coordinate activities of designated projects to ensure goals and objectives of the project are accomplished.
Prepare expense reports on a timely basis and reconcile reimbursement issues as necessary.
Demonstrate flexibility in providing overtime assistance as required.
BA/BS Degree Required.
A minimum of 3-years relevant professional work experience preferred
Candidate must have experience in the Microsoft environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Attention to detail, thoroughness and high-level of accountability.
Self-starter who sets priorities and drives deliverables to execution.

Poise, maturity and interpersonal skills to deal professionally with management.
Strong formal and informal written and verbal communication skills.
