Dance Performance Group
Nancy Havlik Dance Performance Group, a small dance/theater company of highly physical performers, described as “wonderfully inspired dance/theater” by the Washington Post, was formed in 1989 to present Nancy Havlik’s choreography. The multi-faceted dances address the human condition, individual struggle for connection, and matters of the heart. Company members engage in a collaborative rehearsal process involving improvisation, writing, exploration of text and visual art to realize the finished work. Photo by Colin Winterbottom.
